Consultation Summary

Public consultation is a key component of the formulation and delivery of the Management Plan which, in turn, supports the principle of sustainability.

The Consultation Summary documents the consultation process used to engage partners and other members of the public with the National Park Management Plan process. It summarises the consultation methods used, the responses received and resulting changes made to the Management Plan.

Whilst this document summarises the methods and statistics associated with previous stages in the consultation process, its focus is on the results from consultation on the second draft of the Management Plan between 2009 and 2010. The comments and responses resulting from other stages in the process can be found on the Supporting Documents page.
